Well, for Boxing day, dear old' me decided to cook up something sweet for James and myself! Joy oh Joy... what a plesent time spend in the kitching hiding away from the cold and with the warms of the stove and a saucepan in my hand..... wala....

I watch the christmas presentation on youtube. man... u all did well. u know... its just brings the memories way back in 1996 where i was part of the orphanage scean, well it struck me that we (those old fellas from my batch) had move on to something of a higher level while the kid in this yr's presentation will take on what we went through in our teenage life and perhaps..... make a better change and a deeper impact. It is their stage now.... their show. Hope that they'll find favour in God's eyes and all the best!

Cooked my 1st Chirstmas Eve Dinner!!

Wow.... I felt so proud for myself cause i suddenly knew how to cook and after all the eating, chatting and washing, i went straight to do up this post. I cooked my 1st christmas eve dinner today and its so cool!! i had some friends come over for makan too.

In the end, we got to know each other better, going movie on christmas day. perhaps this step of inviting them for some Christmas cheers can somehow lead to the salvation in Christ, in time.... i hope it'll happen. And yeah.... yesterday we had steamboat in the apartment..... by the stove...! hahaha. kinda cool actually. sitting by the stove for steamboat.

MERRY CHRISTMAS everyone, I really miss you all and the celebrations back there. Blessed Christmas Everyone

My personal campaign....

Hey... yeah... its been awhile since i blog, and now manage to get some free time. Anyway... life's good! and things are going really well, except my US visa which will take a little longer. So i'll be around for the next 2 weeks i guess..... So i'll be in Terrenganu for the moment.

Actually.... I've decided to update my blog all of a suddent is because of:

1. Suddenly cant sleep

2. Suddenly felt worried

Why? The 2 reasons are related. But what has been bugging me was the fact that young ppl drive very fast these days. Today i heard, some of my friends (close friends) were in a car and the driver was speeding giler, really giler, just to go somewhere nearby. So near for what need to speed?

Oh man... I sounded just like your parents... right?! I've already faced the fact la.... I'm getting old anyway. But then, I'm serious! no joke joke ok. Everytime i hear our youths drive like crap. Worse thing is they carry passengers. Why i make such a big fuzz here is that when i started work, my company intro us to some safety thing, which included road safety lectures. What they showed me there made me really wanna drive safe.

Ppl always think that accidents dont happened to them, esppecially college kids. I'm just gonna show some pics here, sorry if its horrifying but if it can change your driving habit, I will show it.

So, from the pictures, do u think that dude expected this accident to happen? This is a real case where a college kid was sending his gf home in a kancil somewhere near KL on a highway. There's more to this picture, but for now this only, and that Hello Kitty sunshade in that picture.... the bomba guys took it to cover whats left of the girl's head. I saw the other picture to this... just imagine a smashed watermelon and eyeballs. The dude survived but i think that was the end of his life. Just sitting there staring at his dead gf's smased head while waiting for the bomba to cut him out the car.... u go figure. U see the picture you already geli, imagine if u see it live, happen to your friends.

So pls, this is my personal campaign on road safety. Do think of other ppl's life first, then yours. I have to say this.

Time turns the page

You know.... everytime you a read book and when its the end of an interesting chapter.... you feel that you are attached to itand its so hard to move on to the next. and whatever lies ahead makes you hope that it'll be as good as the previous one. But you have to move on to finish the book.

Previous week

So flipping life's page is very worrying for me. I know that God is in control but still.... I really miss my last chapter. Driving down to Johor last week was really emo, when i last saw the KL city skyline in my rear view mirror... my prayers when out to everyone there. Driving down was fine.

This is my 1st time driving outstation alone. and Well..... that was the 1st time my car went outstation too! so nice. but 3 hrs of driving will be boring.... so.....

Driving is so much more fun when you get to pose! he he... got me excited for awhile.

But it was dangerous so stoped it. and well.... Johor was great. read my previous post bout it.

So far i really like the company I'm in. And its exciting. Now stuck in KLIA cause i missed my flight due to the saturday jam. sheesh! will post on it later.

Down south

Hey, well.... I'm here now in Johor. will try put up a better update but for now i'll just state how's this place is.
Staying in some hotel in Skudai town (not in JB) and started work today. Town here abit..... small. I'm in some cyber updating my blog while everyone around me is playing O2jam. Hmmm..... kinda hard to get around here cause I dunno mandrin! Argh! and they hardly speak english.
Work today, nothing much.... just sat in a meeting that lasted whole day and they kept talking bout work safety. Next week I'll see how Singapore is like.... maybe there better! I think thats obvious. and the following week need to go terrenganu got assignment. is there internet in terrenganu?

Ok.... i think everyone here is staring at me cause i'm blogging in cyber! I dunno if they know whats a blog either. hmm.... Well u know my blogging style, i like putting pictures in but there's no infrared port/bluetooth to transfer them. will update more later. So yeah.....got my bandages removed today and my hair now is in a state of where i may describe as an uncivilizing demonstration of unintellectual posture and its just...... just..... errr...... just....... ARGGHHThttthhHHTHHEEE!!!!! UGLY!!!!!

So.... the ski cap stays on for the next couple of days and i'm gonna get my head shaved to get the patches even out.

Ok, Firstly, I would like to appreciate those who had kept me in prayer and given me encouragements this whole period of time. Also special thanks to Ah Jye for sending me to the hospital, My sister and parents for supporting and praying.

I'm not really feeling very well and having a headache. So i'll mostly get straight to the point. It was Friday night and I was in SEApark with my close friends having supper. After supper, I went to celebrate Ah Lai's birthday with a few uni buddies. Then after that we went for beef ball noodles!

I arrived home bout 4.30am, Saturday morning. As usual, I'll take the lift up to the 3rd floor. They were 2 students following me into the lift, so i thought, they're just college students. Its when I got out of the lift.... walking away... I heard 3 loud knocks. "Kock, Kock, Kock" I turn around and just realised that one for them had just banged me 3 times on the head with a dumbbell handle! Amazing... that I heard the knocks before I felt anything. Then I cant see cause suddenly blood flowed into my eyes and it felt like someone pouring warm milk over your head. So what to do?? I cant fight back cause i cant see.... So I started screaming like a girl and they started running.

I ran down to the lobby and tried yelling at the guard to try stop them, but he's fat. So you can guess how they escaped. After everything, Ah Jye was kind enough to send me to the hospital.

In the hospital... was just bad la ok. Managed to settle down and took some pictures.

And yeah.... Nothing major to the brains. Just 4 deep cuts in the area of my head, all on my favorite sleeping spot. sigh. So I had a jab, 18 stitches on my head, shaved patches on my head, and more jabs on my head. Then it was morning already, made police report and went home.

Back home. I dont look too happy though.

But in all.... Thank God that this was all that got me. If they use a parang or something, I may be dead this morning. Thank God for His protection and also to everyone who prayed and their wishes. Dont worry, i'll be ok soon. I'll post more pics when i have them... maybe the stitching. and my hair now is a mess! they didnt wanna do a shampoo, cut and blow in the ER (besides, they're doctors) and they have to cut alot of hair where the blood clot is and shave like alot of places. they say it was all they can do, it was an emergency..... =(

gone busy

Well, my blog now is kinda stagnant for sometime.... been caught up by somethings la. For those of you who think i'm so free, not really ok. Got things to get one with. Anyway... will try to post some interestingzz maybe by wed or thurs.

Monday: went OneU with mom and dad. Its just SO different la hanging out with parents. Its been awhile since I went to a mall with them. Normally when you hang out with friends in OU, so exciting, where you normall go? Either end up watching movie or follow the girls to forever21 or buy some tshirts or go Ipoh old town or whatever la... Going with parents is different. While walking with them suddenly mom will say "Eh, gotta buy new curtain lace for the house!". Die lo.... gotta waste like half hour in Parkson's living dept. I didnt wanna leave them shopping cause #1- I got no on else to go around with. #2 - Just wanted to hang out with them la. Then they saw that the bed sheets were on sale. Another 20 mins. Then went to MPH.... not bad at first thought but then dad wanted to buy new pen... 45 mins. Then ended up in Jusco and there goes the whole day.

But thing is... i feel like i needed more time with them. I hardly see them, only like weekends and I'm gonna start work in some ulu place somewhere.... so times like this will hardly come by in the future. Well, good la get to hang out with them, I dont need to pay for anything! he he he.

Well then.... more to come when I can find the time! bye*Winks*

slow mo

Felt abit laggy this past few days.... you know those times where it feels so mundane and there's nothing much too look forward to? yeah.... having that now. I dunno la, feels so useless but in a way, i still manage to get things done. Like Thursday, woke up early then went to pyramid to get some tshirts, Friday went OU with dan teo for lunch.... basically is like that. hang out only.

Nothing to do after dinner....

Been hanging out alot with friends in school library too, stayed there till like midnight most of the time. Ah well, glad I'm starting work soon. Lord, help me make full use of my time now.

why the hype...?

Its normal... we're so use to see things only when all the attention is on it. Ya? I mean... like... I seriously wont bother to join facebook if it wasnt for everyone switching to it and keep emphasizing that Friendster is dead. Ha ha.... so what to do?? jump in the band wagon lor....

Oh, she's been on the headlines lately. Have you been reading?

Tee Hui Yi after her heart transplant.

She's just 14 and seriously, could have just been all over for her. But such blessing to have her 2nd heart transplant within a week! I think this organ donation program is such a cool and good thing. Also, says here in the paper that Christianity, and some other religions, regards organ donation as an ultimate act of charity and benevolence. I believe its by the grace of God that she lives but the point here is, why must it always have to start with an incident and along with a media frenzy to get people doing stuff that should be acted long before? Look at Nurin's case. Then only parents start taking precaution of their kids. You see, this kinda pattern always comes around; things happens, gets into headlines, people get emo, start saying what stuff should had been done, stuff done out of hype, goes on for awhile, and then after 2 months... it dies down.

So MANY people die on waiting list waiting for organs, young or old, boy or girl, and yet... so many organs goes down the grave everyday. We dont need kidneys when we die cause we can't pee when we're dead. But someone who' is fighting to live really needs it. Problem is....we need to see it in terms of our circle of people we know. It could happen to anyone. As for Hui Yi's... she's really blessed. 14 is too young to die. Who we know is 14 yrs old? It could happen to us, your brother, sister gf/bf, children, parents.... Imagine, the desperation for a donor, but also knowing that all chances are going to the grave just because a pledge wasnt made.

You know, those animals that sleep at day cause its really hot, and comes out only at night? yea.... its call nocturnal beings and i seriously believe that i'm slowly becoming one. Man... today i skip going out lunch with my friend cause it was blazing out there and my car was the last place i wanted to be in.

So night time rawks!! yeah!! And have to admit.... i'm sick of ss2 murni/williams/Daroos/Asia cafe. Yes, sick already. The murni expert sick of murni. Use to hang out there like 4 times a week... but i just cant down another lily special anymore. So..... where to next?

See! Where else on earth can i enjoy a strawberry sundae like that?! I look so serene... so blissfully content! And i love strawberry sundaes. And the good thing is now McD's is open 24hrs. So in the cool of night with icecream and strawberrys and artificial coloring.... mmmMM. McD's has always been my first love for food. I'm loving it!

Yes, the next place that I've been going to is the Apartment! And if u havent been there, pls go. its cool and not too expensive. well.... at lease i can get a drink there with a price of a lily special in murni. Try their cheese cakes and down it with their coolers. Its a yam char and chatbox spot ideal. And lately its been advertise alot and alot of popular ppl hang out there too. And oh, in that picture, at the end of my feet, Reshmonu was just sitting on the next chair of the other table. I didnt bother to include him in the pic though, spoil my pose later. Conclusion is.... wanna hang out as cool as me in that picture.... The Apartment.
